Created course but can't see it

Hi,

a couple of issues:

  • I've uploaded a number of content > not visible in the list or searchable
  • I've created courses > not visible in the list or searchable so consequently I can't create offerings

Checked on the processes they are all running successfully. What am I missing here? It's our test environment so same as dev more or less. It all works in DEV but not in this environment.
