Hi

We have approval workflow enabled for for document of record. We are facing the issue where HR Admin enters DOR for terminated employees the transaction goes to failure. This is similar issues as Doc ID 2537517.1

We have tried to follow the oracle solution described in the Doc above, but getting the error when saving the rule.We are getting this error: RUL-05720: data type mismatch for test "==": long == String

Any help appreciated, thank you!
