Change the language of the text in RTF template.

Hi Experts,

I am looking for a function for RTF template using which I can change the Language of the text.

for eg: Orignal Data- English: One Thousand Two Hundred  (function to translate it to French)

           Expected Output: Freanch: Mille Deux cent

Is there any function that can help me to get the expected output? If yes, please help me to achieve the same.
