We developed a  OTBI Report to get the Absence details using the subject area Workforce Management - Absence Real Time subject area.To get the absence start date and absence end date we are using the Date Start and Date end fields from assignment ansence details folder.

Issue: OTBI Report is not giving actual Absense start date and absence date. Here It is giving Date Start & Date End of the schedule information not the actual leave start date and end date.
