Make Promised Delivery Date default from requested delivery date and mandatory for Goods basis only

We would like to be able to achieve two things:

  1. Have the promised delivery date on a PO default from the requested delivery date from the requisition for only lines with a Goods basis.
  2. Make the promised delivery date field mandatory only for goods basis line types.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.
