Workforce Management - Workforce Trend Real Time pulling current employee type

Hello,

I'm working on making a headcount report using the Workforce Trend Subject Area, but I've noticed the subject area is pulling the current employee type rather than the employee type the employee was at the time. I've pulled an employee listing as of 12/31/20 and compared it to the Period End Headcount for 2020412 calendar month and noticed the employee type was off by 7 employees. When I did a compare I noticed we changed those 7 employees to Employee Permanent as of 1/19/21 from Employee Temporary (the status they were in at the end of Dec). When I added
