DoR Approval Email notification change

Hi,

We have configured Document of Records approval rule , we are getting mail notification after approval, but client want to change the "from" field in the email notification to (Ex: Business HR), so how can we achieve this please ? attached the screen, yellow highlighted needs to be modified.
