We are having issues when on Office365 and trying to export reports in Fusion HCM as the file is downloading to .xls file format that is not supported. We receive the error:
"Excel cannot open the file'export(1).xls' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."
The issue is not occurring when the user is not using O365. We try to download the report and resave it as .xlsx but it will still not open. Only when we resave it as .html will it open which is not ideal to export the data. Our organization will not allow us to download .xls as it is outdated and not secure.
