Termination report not showing correct amounts

Hi,

I have created Termination report using "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time" subject area. For example for Month "2021/01" it is showing also people who are terminated on Dec 31st, 2020. Why is this happening? Is it some timezone issue or what?
