Separation on Non Working Day

Hi All,

 

Just wanted to check how you are handling the scenarios where employee selects termination date as Non working day - might be Weekly Off or Pre defined public holiday.

When the employee submits the resignation, the system automatically picks the LWD as per the notice period. The system picks the date as per notice period. 

We are trying to stop either employee submitting the resignation on Non working day or reporting manager approval can only approve the resignation on working day only.

I tried to get the output through an SR and the team advised to post same in Idea lab.
