WOTC / Tax Credit Is only required for US Jobs but it's showing a warning for Canadian jobs as well

We are tracking WOTC at the application flow and we have 2 CSP, one including WOTC for US and other with WOTC for Canada, but when we are creating canadian jobs, we are also seeing warning for it.
