We had a requirement to display all workers who has a current salary not equal to the current grade step rate value i.e, if someone is on a Grade A1 - Step 2 which has a rate of $25 and the worker has salary not equals to the defined rate, we would want to see them. To do this, we intended to create an analysis by joining "Compensation - Salary Details Real Time" and "Grade Rate Real Time" SA followed by applying necessary filters. We found that the "Value" column under "Grade Rate" on the "Grade Rate Real Time" SA
