"Planner" Users unable to open new reports

Hi all,
We are testing the new report functionalities, however it seems that Planner Users are not able to open the new report section:
They get the following error message:
You have been authenticated but you do not have access to Narrative Reporting. Contact your Service Administrator.
Anyone experiencing the same?
We are using EPBCS Version 21.02.85
