Immediate Action Required: Oracle Learning Customers Must Migrate to Responsive UX

Learners will no longer be able to access Classic Learning Self-Service as of 21B.  Classic UI for Learning will be decommissioned altogether when customers take the 21B update and will display an error message to self-service users unless the Learning Responsive User Experience is enabled.  Only Responsive User Experience will be available as of 21B. 

Immediate Action Required:  Oracle Learning Customers should immediately migrate to Responsive User Experience in order to ensure that self-service users will be able to continue working with Oracle Learning in update 21B and beyond.
