Custom Resource Alert is not triggering

Hi there,

I've used the whitepaper Understanding_OLC_Alerts.pdf to create my custom resource alert. I want to send out an alert to learner 1 week prior to the due date of the assignment as a reminder.

I am using the following filter:

${assignmentStatus} = 'ORA_ASSN_REC_CONTENT_COMPLETE ${assignmentStatus} = 'ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE' ${assignmentStatus} = 'ORA_ASSN_REC_WITHDRAW_PENDING' ${assignmentDueDate} >=sysdate+7

This is literally taking it from the whitepaper; I followed the instructions to a t. As recipient I've just added my email address for test reasons. The alert is scheduled to run hourly. I have listed everything in the attached word document.
