Search Catalog - need to remove some filter options

Hi there,

there are two things I want to achieve with filters in the catalog search:

1. Remove and add some of the filter options. I've tried doing it whilst in a sandbox and using the settings icon. I click on OK, after having made the changes then publish the sandbox. The changes have not come into effect. Another test showed that even though I click on OK in the settings it reverts back to how it was. Is there something I am missing?
2. We are not using communities or learning journeys for the moment so I want to remove those as learning type. I've tried it through page composer but I can't touch it. Any idea? I'd also like to change the Video_1 as not very pretty.
