Is there a simple way to removed 'American English' being displayed in various enrolment screens

Throughout many of the screens in Learning (for our implementations) the words 'American English' is being displayed, which I can appreciate where there are countries requiring translation but as a label itself it doesn't add any value.

Aside from a page composer personalisation, is there a simpler way to switch off the display of these language translation labels?
