Hi 

We are on 20D version. 

Experiencing issues with Resignation and Termination workflow notifications , these notifications are appearing blank for both Action required and FYI type notifications. 

This has become major show stopper , though raised SR to Oracle Sev 1 for 10 days , still figuring out a solution. 

Is anyone also facing similar issue ? If so how are you handling or dealing this issue.
