OTBI Dashboard Analysis Links to a BI Report

OTBI Analysis opens a BI Report Passing the Person Number

On our dashboard, we have a summary report built from an analysis (table format). When the user clicks on the person number it needs to open a BI report for that person. Is there a way to do this? I need to have the person number pass from the OTBI report to the BI report and have the BI report open in a new window. I have attached an example.
