Update BIP Business Process Notifications

Hello,

I'm currently working on customizing some of the BIP workflow notifications. I've followed the below links on how to update them (also waited over 24 hours to avoid the cache), and I'm still not seeing the changes reflected in the notifications. I was wondering if I was missing a step to activate the new custom template?

I've chose to customize the termination template and updated the new template with my changes in the custom folder as shown in the screenshot. Is there a step needed to activate this template rather than the standard one?
