Simplified Payroll - Adding Quick Pay Employees to the Flow

The Simplified Payroll process does not recognize Quick Pays and we'd like the ability to process along with employees in the flow

We have been running a custom Simplified Payroll flow and since the beginning were told that employees that are not included in the flow process will not be included in the flow. For example a Quick Pay that has a cash out or an employee that was missed in processing because the hours were not entered correctly. They do not get included in the Archive, EFT, Payslip or Finance related jobs in the simplified flow.

Is there a way to include those employees in the flow? We have been told they we would need to run an additional payroll to accomplish this.
