BI report Job and OTBI agent schedule

Hi All,

We have already many BI job report scheduled daily basis with attachment (maximum 10MB per attachment), similarly for OTBI agent as well. The email would be trigger according to the recipient.

Now we are getting of lot of request to schedule based on countries on daily basis

For example we need to schedule 4 reports for 40 countries in this case  each country we need to create 1 agent, since it is 40 countries we can schedule in different timing 

So now we are suspecting that it will create performance issue on BI server level which will cause system down

We can't ask user to run manually as the file has to be read by machine (RPA)
