Need to generate audit report for Person and Assignment EFF

I need to be able to run the 'Generate audit Report' Scheduled Process for changes made to both an Assignment and Person EFF. I have turned it on and managed to run a report for Assignment DFF but the report stays blank when changes are made to one of the EFFs
