Learning Initiative Automated Assignments

We currently have a Learning Initiative programmed with analysis criteria for each of our required courses. We selected in the initiative how many days each new assignment should receive and marked them as required. 

We have noticed that the initiatives are not running or assigning any new employees that are added to the analysis. I have had to manually reconcile each initiative individually. 

Is there a way to program the frequency that the initiatives run? Ideally these should be running daily.
