Prospect - Add button is not visible

Hi Team,

Has anyone observed that the "Add" button in the Prospects is not visible after 21A.

When I checked the logic it has the expression - #{recruitingSecurityBean.createCandidateAllowed and backingBeanScope.prospectListBean.reqOKToAddToProspect}

The "Add" button is hidden for delivered "Recruiter" role as well. Did anyone faced the similar issue?
