20D - Employee only see his own records when running reports

I'm sure this will be an easy fix for someone, but I have recently been tasked with setting up security access to allow a few of our employees to run reports/analyses in OTBI. These employees are able to get to the reports they need to run but only see their own records in the results. I'm sure that the security role/data role is fine because we've been using it for other employees with no issues. Is there a setting within OTBI that needs to be adjusted or areas of responsibility assigned in HCM? Any shove in the right direction would
