Basic SQL to fetch AssignGradeStepId for Assignment Grade Steps HDL load

We are trying to load the Assignment Grade Steps for a group of employees and need the AssignGradeStepID, are you able to share basic SQL that I can run by each individual person to get the AssignGradeStepId to be able to use in the load.
