Documents of Records data in Report

Need to open DOR (Documents of Records) from BIP report

Hi All,

We have a requirement to display DOR (Documents of Records) data in BIP report and need to provide Hyperlink in one of the field in the report. If an employee is having two documents in the DOR so we need to display those two documents related records in the report and also need to provide Hyperlink. Whenever if we click on Hyperlink, it needs to open employee documents or need to go that employee DOR page.

I am not sure if can we use Deep link and what parameters we need to pass to Deep links.
