Hello

We would like to enroll a mass list of learners from excel ,to a course offering.
and then we would like to Send the learners that we enrolled - emails (preferred sms ) we can provide the list of learners in excel .

what is the best way to send the emails to the learners ? 
is there a seeded alert? or notification for this ?
