Hello Experts,
I'm trying to create a new abstract role that grants the ability to manage Document Records for all employees. Everything I have read indicates that I should be able to grant the privileges listed below to achieve this, but the person assigned to this role cannot see the My Client Groups tab and thus cannot get to the Document Records area. Oracle support suggested I add the Functional Security Privilege "HRC_ACCESS_HCM_COMMON_COMPONENTS_PRIV", but this did not help. I have removed all other roles except for our custom employee role from my test users to avoid any conflicts. Any ideas?
