Connect comment to specific assignment

Hello,

Can you advise me how to do the connection between specific assignment and comments ? 

For example, when creating an Internal Move in the UI, the user is entered comments and I need to use it in reports. 

Employee can have multiple assignments during employment and I need to connect each comment to the relevant assignment.

As I understand, using FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASK and FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFCOMMENTS is not recommended since the data is temporary in these tables.
