Effective End Date not pulling in element report

Hi,
I'm using the Payroll - Element Entries Real Time subject area to show pay element information in an OTBI report
"Element Entry"."Effective Start Date" is pulling through correctly to show when the element started being paid to the employee.
However "Element Entry"."Effective End Date" is showing blank (default date of 31/12/4712). However I can see the element entry has an end date keyed on the front end, so this should appear the same in the report too.
As a result, the report is showing that this person (and many others) as receiving payments which have stopped. Any idea why this is happening?
