Is it possible to add fields to be edited in Request a Position Change?

We would like managers to be involved in proposing changes of position names (titles) for their team members either for corrections or to be more relevant with the market. We would also like for this to be done on the system not via email.

The Request a Position Change feature doesn't allow editing of the position name from what we can tell. Is this possible to changed using oage composer? Also, we'd like to make some of these fields read only.
