Buyer Change Order issue after 21A

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue when completing a Buyer Change order. When the PO is canceled at the header, the lines are not canceled, they remain open while the header status is Canceled. This only occurred for a handful of PO cancellations, not all of the header cancellations resulted in this error.

When we try canceling the line, we get a Java.lang.NullPointerException error.

This is only happening to Buyer change orders and not Requester Change Orders. This issue did not occur during our patch testing.
