Amended/Updated Job Offer Letters not showing correct when in Preview and for Approvers

Seems since 20D, there is a time delay for updates and amendments to Offer Letters to be reflected, when Previewing the Offer and for Job Offer Approvers.

This time delay has caused a number of incorrect offers to be send out to candidates. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a way to speed up this process at all as this is causing reputational damage.

Have also referred to the below articles available but it would be great to see if anyone out there has found a fix or an acceptable work around.
