How to change the colour of the scroll arrows on either side

We are trying to change the colour of the scroll arrows on either side of the articles under News and Announcements however we can't do it via Page Composer or using Appearance.  It is currently a grey colour and therefore is very hard to see against our branding. Does anyone please have any idea how we can change the colour please?
