New Hire Condition in Analytics Report for Learning Initiative

Summary

Hello All,

I have defined the Learning Initiative with Analysis Report Criteria... But Report is not returning any data.

Analysis has been defined using Subject Area - Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time.

I have put the selection criteria as Grade >= 18 and Enterprise hire Date >= 9th Mar, 2021.

We have employees with above condition but still report result is blank.

Can anyone please suggest how to retrive New hires here.
