Create position from Job requisition or Create Job Requisition from position creation

Hello,

I have a question  about position and Job requisition.
Is it possible to create a job requisition automatically when a position is vacant or created ?
Or
Is it possible de create a position when we create a job requisition ?

If yes for one of those questions, what is the setting to create that ?
