Where can I find the Job Offer Title in Offer Management section

I want to enable a section in the offer management process where recruiters can enter the final job offer title.

Content

As of now, the job template is using the Job offer title to display, but there is an issue with using this. The job offer title is matching the requisition title of the job. Recruiters have provided feedback that at times they want to use a different title other than the requisition title. The data model has this field for Job Offer Title, but I do not see this field enabled on the front end for recruiters to leverage.
