My client, a school system, has candidates that apply to multiple job requisitions. Screening the same candidate over and over is extremely time consuming. They would like to have the recruiter screen a candidate first to ensure they have the credentials needed and indicate that on their record. Then, if they apply for future jobs they would bypass the screening process and go directly to the hiring manager for review. Has anyone found a way to streamline this process? Thank you!
