Actions on Job Offer's creation

Hi,

I have a question about the actions that are available when a Job Offer is created. In particular, the first section is called "When and Why" and among the fields available there are also "Worker type" and "actions". On Worker Type I can select "Employee" or "Contingent Worker", but from the actions I have a lot of values to select. Where can I configure the values ​​visible in the "Actions" drop-down list?
