Hire Date and Term Date Changes

I'm looking for a solid process or analysis for when we have Hire Date or Term Date Changes.
Example 1: Joe was entered with a hire date of 3/15/21, but for some (usually random) reason or another it has been changed to next week, 3/22/21. (we would change the termination date of the pending worker, and the hire date of the employee)
Example 2: Jane's termination was entered effective 3/15/21, but it needs corrected to 3/16/21 (we would correct the termination date on the work relationship page)
We have several teams that we need to notify when such changes/corrections occur noting both the before and after values. I have not found a successful way to write an analysis to reflect this. Does anyone have a solid process or analysis they could share?
