Error while creating Offer - Salary Element Entry wasn't created

Hi Team,

We are facing a very critical issue in our Production environment where we urgently need to send offer to an internal candidate,but getting below error while doing so :
Salary element entry wasn't created. The worker doesn't meet eligibility for the salary basis or element eligibility isn't defined.

Have verified that the Payroll is correct and the employee is meeting the eligibility defined for element.ELigibility has only Payroll condition and the internal candidate is tagged to correct payroll relationship.

 Have also verified that there is no future dated assignment/salary record for existing Employee record.

Have also checked that the system type mapping is correctly defined on Manage COnfigure Legislation for HCM.
