Are there any fields in OTBI which can pull a manager's direct reports / headcount, or otherwise indicate that they are a manager?

Are there any fields in OTBI which can pull a manager's direct reports / headcount, or otherwise indicate that they are a manager?

 

The client is currently not using the "Working as a manager?" flag on the job / assignment level.
