How to add Department to the List of values in Change Manager

In Manager Self Service - Change Manager when searching for the new Manager using the list of values, if there are multiple employees with the same name, users need to be able to identify which is the correct person to select.  Ideally this would be by seeing the persons Department on the same row.  Is there a way of adding this value?   I'm unable to personalize/ add it

I've tried personalizing from the Public Directory as this seems to use the same list of values - again no luck.

Is it possible to add Department or Business unit to this list of values to ensure Managers select the correct person?
