ORC- JobRequisition Need to capture the Requisition progress by real author/approver

Need to capture the real author/approver on different phase  from posted to filled for a Job requisition.

Is there a way to get the real author/approver, because sometimes the system registeres the last approver for all phases despite the fact that he/she is not the lasted to act on it.

Please share your inputs which will be helpful for us.
