We need specific report to run only if it is on specific instance (say Test POD).

We need specific report to run only if it is on specific instance (say Test POD). How can we achieve this? We have queried ASK_DEPLOYED_DOMAINS table to get hostname (instance URL) but we are not aware of the join of this particular table with any fusion HCM tables so that query can be integrated.
