Head Count as of given date

Hi Experts,

We are looking for a report which has the below data point.

The worker subject are giving information as of date and in the current requirement we need the back dated data with a date parameter. 

Employee ID
Employee Name
Enterprise Hire Date
Grade
Designation
Business Unit Name
Function
Account
Process
Location Name
Manager Employee ID
