How can you spot the difference between Delete and No Change in Notifications

Summary

We have Action Required and FYI installed for Transfers that Line managers register. Sometimes they delete data and other times they do no change.

Content

We have six fields that are always shown and there is some uncertainty to know if the field is blanc because the manager deleted info or made no change. The Proposed Value should be the same as the Previous but this, we have discovered, is not always the case.

In the case of No Change we can see the result in the approved transfer that the data was not changed.

In the case of Delete we can see the result in the approved transfer that the data was deleted.
