Easier way to identify contingent workers

Currently, only internals are flagged with a specific icon on the candidate list view against a requisition. We would love a way to quickly identify contingents and ex employees with icons in the same fashion. Currently the quickest way to identify these is by filtering the candidate list by candidate type, however that is still adding extra time to the process.

It would also be great to quickly identify these candidates as contingents when the offer is created. We require certain extra information and specifics in the contracts for contingents and it is not explicitly clear to the user creating the offer that the candidate is a contingent.
